Return and Refund Policy
Please note that we are flexible.
The policies below are general and we are always open for discussions and suggestions.
Returns
Please return your stock item within 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, if the product is intact, contact us and we might be able to exchange it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We want you to love your jewelry! Bespoken pieces are not refundable, however we are open for discussion about making changes to a bespoke piece, to make sure you like it. Please don't hesitate to contact us!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Gift cards are not refundable, but you can use them for stock pieces or we can make you a personal piece. If your personal piece is more expensive than your gift, you can use your gift card as part of the payment. You will always receive a cost estimate and design information before we start the production of your jewelry. And we will only make it if you agree to our terms.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and, if payment has been received, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please make sure to check all possibilities on your end before contacting us as it is could be the bank or credit card company terms that delay your payments.
First check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your credit card company.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@lamia.se.
Sale items (if applicable)
We don’t usually have items on sale. But if we do, and you want to return them, please contact us at mail@lamia.se and we will see what we can do. Of course the item should be in intact condition and in its original box.
Exchanges (if applicable)
In general we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, for the same item. Please send us an email at mail@lamia.se and we will send you our address to send your item to.
But if for some reason you really want to exchange your item for a different one, please e-mail us the reason for your wish to mail@lamia.se and we will do our best to help you. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for exchanging your item, the return and the new delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Please keep in mind that this means that they will get the money and also find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100 (1000 Kr), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
