WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPING DATE WHEN WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER.

If a product for some reason takes longer to ship, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when and how fast we can ship it.

For example if it is made to order it will take longer to produce. Please allow a few weeks for production.

The exact time depends on the product you would like to order, and at your request, we will send you an e-mail to let you know when we can produce and ship it before you buy it.

Usually our "made-to-order" pieces are not sold without communicating with us first, but mistakes can happen.
