A drop of blood 1 is made of oxidized solid sterling silver and a red cultured pear.

It is 1 of 5 single earrings exhibited (and sold) in Rome until the end of January 2025 as part of my contribution to the Frida Kahlo exhibition .

They are all made of oxidized solid sterling silver. Each has a stone or pearl or a bone skull.

Frida Kahlo said: "I paint flowers so they will not die"

I cast their remains as they are wilting, giving them a second and permanent life.
